How do you calculate the value of a home ?

Homes recently sold in your immediate neighborhood, along with similar homes nearby determine a base per-square-foot price. An on-site walkthrough will also be performed to further assess other items and upgrades that add value to the property.

What Is Pre-approval?

Pre-approval is the first step that allows you to know what type of property you can afford. You will work with a member of our amazing team of lenders, who will evaluate your capability to assume a monthly mortgage payment. Our lending team will then tell you the price range for your new home so you can start shopping.
